Management systems help companies to better manage their processes. A properly implemented management system will contribute to business risks reduction, process optimization, regulatory compliance and market competence.
Salus Cons Kft. offers services of implementation, maintenance and improvement of the following management systems:
- The quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015
- Quality management system for medical devices according to ISO 13485:2016
- Information security management system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013
- The environment management system according to ISO 14001:2015
- Occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 45001:2018
If the client wants the simultaneous implementation of several systems, we implement them as an integrated management system. The same applies if the company already has one of the management systems in place.
An integrated management system involves one management review, one internal audit, and most procedures become common to all systems (e.g., human resource management, supplier management, nonconformity management, corrective and preventive actions). Depending on the quality of the existing system, such a process is cheaper and faster in terms of an implementation than establishing a completely new system, while for the organization, maintaining an integrated system is significantly easier than maintaining more separate systems.
The implementation of the management system takes place in the following phases:
- Interview with the organization’s management to identify needs, including clearly defining the scope of the system (and the scope of the future certificate), as well as to gain an overview of the organization.
- Interviews with process holders, based on which we are later formalizing the process descriptions. If necessary, during these conversations, we will suggest possible improvements, or changes that are necessary to comply with the requirements of a particular standard.
- Writing documentation. If some documents (procedures, instructions, records) already exist, they are integrated into the new system, with appropriate changes if necessary.
- Presentation of the system to the client, with the training of all stakeholders.
- Training for internal auditors, at the client’s discretion.
- Conducting internal audit.
- Writing the management review report, in cooperation with the company’s top management.
